Not only did we give the files on Thursday, you delivered the stand content to us exactly 10minutes ahead of schedule in Madrid on Tuesday morning as promised and you phoned to tell me who signed for it to boot - so todays technology does work.

Then beyond that the QUALITY of the output put to shame the previous standards we have been used to getting.

Please pass my thanks to your team for a job well done and very much appreciated.
